Apple's Dashboard--XUL or XAML?

Adam Kinney has a post about Apple's Dashboard here:

http://www.adamkinney.com/message.aspx?ID=70

A couple quotes that got me giggling but disappointed:

"Kind of reminds me of when I first heard about Longhorn. "

"No, I am not worried about who copied who, I think its just a natural
progression."

Seems like Adam needs a bit of education regarding XUL. Even one of
the links he provides:

http://www.adactio.com/journal/display.php/20040702124516.xml?skin=default

says:

"In fact, Dashboard
is more XUL -like than it is XAML -like. It's going to use existing
standards (CSS, the DOM, etc.) instead of creating its own proprietary
format."

Care to add some comments to Adam's blog and point him in the right
direction?

Marc
