XUL is a technology, not a brand name. XUI is a technology (the same
type of technology as a XUL) not a brand name. Gerald is right in
calling it XUL. Mozilla cannot claim XUL as a brand name since it is an
acronym that represents a technology, not a brand name.

I agree. Calling any GUI markup language using XML XUL
is a source of confusion. XUL should be used only in
context of Mozilla XUL, but renaming sourceforge
project has administrative overhead that gerald might
not like.
