XUL Alliance Site Update - XUL Alliance Welcomes XSWT

  just to let you know that I've updated the XUL
Alliance front page. 

  XSWT joins the open source XML UI language toolkit
line-up. XSWT lets you build Eclipse UIs (SWT) using
XML.  XSWT is headed by David J. Orme and licensed
under the Common Public License. See
