XUL on IE/Opera (DHTML XUL Interpreter)

DXULi, DHTML XUL interpreter, is now getting its shape. I've finish implementing about 30% of all XUL widgets whose structure is relatively simpler than the other. The very first goal is that supporting all xul examples in the xulplanet's tutorial package. Currently, DXULi can interprete several xul demos including the classic Counter example at xul-challenge-2004.
