Re: Can end users configure XUL interfaces?

Just in case any on this list aren't aware of them, there is a fab 
article from 1990 that I think is still very valid & relevant, if 
looking at the whole notion of end-user tailoring (which we are talking 
about here) -

* "User-tailorable systems: pressing the issues with buttons" an article 
from Xerox Labs (EuroParc / XRCE)

about a tailorable system written in lisp running on the Xerox Star, but 
still relevant (I believe) to XUL and similar technologies, especially 
with their typology (sliding scale) of types of "tailoring" users...

(Also, useful, though more tangential is the early 90s book "A small 
matter of programming" by Bonnie Nardi, also about end-user tailoring.
