[xul-interop] “-moz-user-focus” doesn't wo rk?

I've made this sample:

And, at least here, the style applied to the second textbox is doing
nothing. I expected it to avoid the user focus, as the
doc<https://developer.mozilla.org/en/CSS/-moz-user-focus>
says.
Does someone more experience this?
