Summary: Enable Default Modification Template

Initial Comment:
If I deploy any modification templates, into 'templates/modification', they work just fine, but I have no way to get to the Default template for objectClasses that don't have a template (or to access attributes not present in the template).

By simply editing line 22 of lib/TemplateEditingEntry.php and setting $this->default_template to true instead of false, it now all seems to work fine.

I suggest this change be made in the main codebase unless there is some reason I don't know of to enable the default template for modifications.

I am using the following:
phpLDAPadmin 1.1.0.5
OpenLDAP 2.3.27
Apache HTTPD 2.2.3
PHP 5.1.6
RedHat EL5 (Linux 2.6.18)

Thanks!

Message:
Thanks - I've added this to CVS (BRANCH-1_1_0), as well as a config
parameter to globally turn on/off the default templates.
