When I try to "Create a new entry" based on any of the samba templates, I get this error:

E_WARNING: preg_replace() [function.preg-replace]: Parameter mismatch, pattern is a string while replacement is an array

Running phpldapadmin 1.1.0.5 on: 
Debian 4.0r3 / Apache 2.2.3 / PHP 5.2.6 / LDAP 2.3.30

This is hard to re-produce - it must related to some of the entries you
have in your LDAP server.

Can you please provide tell me where the values 1cta-telematica and
1cta-do come from, and attach an LDIF with the entry that has those values.
