Summary: Ignore some required attributes

Initial Comment:
Some ldap servers may generate automatically numeric attributes like uidNumber. For example, Fedora Directory Server includes a plugin called Distributed Numeric Assignment which can be used to generate uidNumber, gidNumber, sambaSID, etc.

The attached patch adds a new configuration parameter, $ignored_attrs which is an array of required attributes to ignore when checking for... required attributes. This allows to create posix and samba accounts with no uidNumber and no sambaSID and having the directory server generating those attributes.

Message:
Loris,

I like your idea - but Ive changed the implementation :)

Instead, I have set up a configuration (by LDAP server) for a "force_may"
setting. This enables the user to force a MUST attribute as a MAY attribute
- and thus it becomes optional in the templates.

If the attribute is not defined a the template, then it will not be
displayed at all (which I think was your intention), however, if it is
defined in the template, it can be optionally given a value.

Committed to CVS (in BRANCH-1_1_0), and it will be available in 1.1.0.6
when I release it soon :)
