Initial Comment:
When I log in as any user, the first time I select an entry to view, I get this error:

You found a non-fatal phpLDAPadmin bug!
Error:	Undefined index: #text (E_NOTICE)
File:	template_functions.php line 268, caller cmd.php
Versions:	PLA: 1.1.0.6, PHP: 5.2.8, SAPI: apache2handler
Web server:	Apache/2.0.52 (Red Hat)

It doesn't matter whether the entry is a container or a leaf - whatever the first thing I click, I will get the error.  Subsequent selections (of the same object or different objects) do not show the error.

I was getting the error in 1.1.0.5, so I upgraded to 1.1.0.6 today, but no change.

On my web server, I am running:
Apache 2.0.52
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4 Update 6
PHP 5.2.8
phpLDAPadmin 1.1.0.6

On my LDAP server, I am running:
Red Hat Directory Server 7.1 SP3

I attempted to attach the debug (level 255) log output generated when I make that first click (in this case, it was on the top-level entry, shown in the log as "dc=XXX,dc=com") with the error, and when I make the second click on the same entry without the error.  However, the file was too big at 723KB.  I trimmed it so it only contained the 2 clicks, but it was still too big.  Let me know how else I can trim it.
