I guess it would need either:

- adding a "lang" attribute to translatable XML elements, and having multiple
  XML elements in different languages in the same template file.

  <hint lang="en">This is a hint</hint>
  <hint lang="XY">blah blah blah</hint>
  ...

- adding a "lang" parameter to the template header, and having a different
  template file for each language.

  ou.en.xml
  ou.XY.xml
  ...

Perhaps the second solution would need less hacking on the template management
code, what do you think?
