Initial Comment:
GODDAMNIT I hate sourceforge!! This is the third time I'm looking up these version numbers and entering the bug report. First I navigated off the page and when I came back it was gone. Then I had to go through the login process and when I finished, sf dropped me off somewhere useless instead of submitting the report and of course when I came back here it was gone. I had copied it to the clipboard first in case that happened, but copied something else afterwards by mistake and gnome doesn't seem to have a clipboard history. *Sigh* I would suggest you switch to a different bug tracker.

Clicking on the calendar icon under shadowExpire on a user's page doesn't do anything.
phpldapadmin 1.1.0.4-2ubuntu1
slapd 2.4.9-0ubuntu0.8.04.2
apache2 2.2.8-1ubuntu0.5
php5-common 5.2.4-2ubuntu5.5
ubuntu 8.04.2 (hardy)
firefox 3.0.8+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.8.04.2

I took a very quick look at the source and don't see a dateSelector function defined in the page itself or in calendar.js.

Thanks for your help!
