Category: None Group: 1.1.x >Status: Closed Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Brian Atkisson (temulentus) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Posix Group template does not allow editing of the gid numbe Initial Comment: When attempting to create a group with the Posix Group template, the form that is produced does not allow you to enter a GID Number. GID Number is a required field, hence you cannot actually add a group. The other two fields on the form are editable (Group and Users), but not GID Number. The same issue is described here: http://www.nabble.com/phpLDAPadmin-Group-object-creation-td12086189.html, but this code fix is already present in the version I am using (1.1.0.7). LDAP server version: Red Hat Directory Server 8.0.4 Web server: Stock RHEL5 Apache/PHP (2.2.3/5.1.6) OS: RHEL5.3 x86_64 ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: Deon George (wurley) Date: 2009-06-12 11:39 Message: You have two options here. Change the template so that PickList is not used, or create a posixGroup entry. The next release of PLA will display a warning when a pre-populated field that is autogenerated is empty (and stopping the the form from being submitted). ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=498546&aid=2783878&group_id=61828 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Crystal Reports - New Free Runtime and 30 Day Trial Check out the new simplified licensing option that enables unlimited royalty-free distribution of the report engine for externally facing server and web deployment. http://p.sf.net/sfu/businessobjects ______________________________________ phpLDAPadmin development mailing list.
