Summary: php 5.3: ldap_first_entry and ldap_next_entry changes

Initial Comment:
The third parameter to ldap_first_entry and ldap_next_entry functions is now handled automatically by php 5.3.

Attached patch simply removes the third parameter in calls to those functions.

Message:
I've reversed this patch, I thought this parameter was removed in PHP5, but
not until PHP 5.2.4, which means those with earlier version of PHP get an
error. (As is the case for a RHEL and possibly other supported distros).

PLA is supported on PHP 5 (from 5.x) and since it appears
ldap_next_entry() wont throw an error if there is a 3rd argument, there is
no real reason that this patch or a modification is required yet. :)
