Deon - the problem here is that PHP has just ruled out GIT and opted for SVN since some of the other background projects are already on that and they did not want to add a third 'option' to the framework. So I'm just STARTING on the 'have to use SVN' ladder and it's bad enough having to toggle between the two without adding yet another new one. Many of us do not have the option to change :( Personally I would prefer that there was a single upgrade path which SVN is supposed to be. Sourceforge has tried to create an easy path from CVS to SVN so that they CAN remove CVS at some point! If there are features missing from SVN THEY should be addressed rather than this mad dash to create yet another standard! -- Lester Caine - G8HFL ----------------------------- Contact - http://lsces.co.uk/wiki/?page=contact L.S.Caine Electronic Services - http://lsces.co.uk EnquirySolve - http://enquirysolve.com/ Model Engineers Digital Workshop - http://medw.co.uk// Firebird - http://www.firebirdsql.org/index.php ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ______________________________________ phpLDAPadmin development mailing list.
