Summary: fallback_dn config option no longer works in 1.2.0

Initial Comment:
If I uncomment the fallback_dn line in config.php (setting either to true or false), PLA will not load and I get the following error until I comment it back out:

Function error called incorrectly [ERROR: Setting a index [login,fallback_dn] that isnt predefined.]

It looks like this option doesn't even exist anymore.  Can it be restored?
