Summary: Error using 'dn' as attribute key value in template PickList

Initial Comment:
In building a custom template, I want to use a PickList to select the dn of an object from a set of objects.  Using the follwoing syntax:

<value><![CDATA[=php.PickList(/;(objectClass=groupOfUniqueNames);dn;%cn%)]]></value>

This gives a nasty error.  If I just change PickList to MultiList above it works fine.  But for my objectclass, this is a single value field, so it really should be a PickList.

Here is the Error I am getting in the browser using the PIckList:
