Hi,

I just upgraded my phpldapadmin setup from something ancient to a fresh one (1.2.0.2), and got bitten by the following:
if going to /index.php, some session variables are set up. However, after lots of detours, we get to lib/session_functions.php:89 , where the session is nuked if session.auto_start is enabled.
Unfortunately, after this, during the same request, we get to lib/common.php:180 , where the existence of the session just nuked is tested, and not found, so we are redirectd to index.php - again and again and again.

Disabling session.auto_start is a workaround.
