Summary: Unable to create entries with default config

Initial Comment:
I am using the default PLA config, with auto_number dn set to null, pass as well.
The same with unique.

My LDAP server allows anonymous binding, but anyway, PLA complains that it cannot connect to auto_number and to unique.
Moreover, there is a bug of:
Fatal error: Call to a member function getName() on a non-object in /ldap/lib/Template.php on line 1116

when auto_number connection is not possible.
