In phpldapadmin-1.2.0.5 the template sambaGroupMapping.xml have an error on the specification of the atribute sambaSID, especifically a missing ")" on value propertie.

Here is the WRONG code:

        <value><![CDATA[=php.GetNextNumber(/;gidNumber;false;(&(objectClass=sambaDomain)(sambaDomainName=mysambadomain));*2,+1000)]]></value>

        <post>=php.Join(-;%sambaSID%,%sidsuffix%)</post>
        <page>1</page>
        <value><![CDATA[=php.PickList(/;(&(objectClass=sambaDomain));sambaSID;%sambaSID% (%sambaDomainName%));;;;sambaDomainName]]></value>
</attribute>

As you can note there is a missing (closing) parentesis ")" in the PickList function call:
        <value><![CDATA[=php.PickList(/;(&(objectClass=sambaDomain));sambaSID;%sambaSID% (%sambaDomainName%));;;;sambaDomainName]]></value>

The correct line must be:

       <value><![CDATA[=php.PickList(/;(&(objectClass=sambaDomain));sambaSID;%sambaSID% (%sambaDomainName%);;;;sambaDomainName)]]></value>

Putting the parentesis in:

... sambaDomainName)]]></value>
