Summary: Error if CN begins with a % sign

Initial Comment:
I have an OU called SUDOers and a few cn=%... children.
When viewing the OU, click the "View x children" link. I then click on the cn=%admin link, to view the node, but instead I get:
 	Error
No such entry (cn=�min,ou=SUDOers,dc=mps,dc=lan)

Something has clearly not interpreted the % simple incorrectly.
