Initial Comment:
I've encountered strange behavior with phpldapadmin: 

Sometimes (not always) phpldapadmin shows the default template instead of customized edit template after editing group entry (adding or deleting member values). When refreshing the tree view or the page the correct custom template is shown again. 

I just cant figure out why this is happening.

My system configuration is:
phpldapadmin 1.2.0.5
openldap 2.3.43
php 5.1.6

Prequisites: Create groupOfNames - entry

1)  copy custom template in templates/modification directory
2)  go to edit the entry, use template. Template is shown as "custom..."
3)  add members to with "add members"
4)  save entry
5) When entry is shown again, template is magically switched to "default",
not custom as it should be.
6) Click some other entry in tree
7) Return back to previous entry (group) - the template is still default,
not the custom one it should be
8) Click refresh from tree
9) Click group entry and select right template
10) Now right template is shown correctly again.
