[phpldapadmin] PLA with SASL fix up and patch.

Hi,

There has been a little bit of activity of late, using SASL
authentication with PLA.

I've just committed patch #afa4a95 that enables SASL authentication
using GSSAPI. IE: This was configured to work using mod_auth_kerb, on
CentOS 5. Hopefully it will work ok with other configurations.

For those interested in SASL, please let me know if that patch works OK
for you. I am aware of other SASL use cases, and they have not been
enabled in PLA. If you can give me more detail of a different use case,
I'll fix up PLA to work with it (or I'll accept a patch if somebody else
fixes it).
