When trying to view an entry, it fails with templates errors.

Message:
When trying to view a DIT entry, first (attached image 1) it displays some
info on changes done to templates (which are not of interest to me) and
then asks me to select a template (which I don't want - Default template
should be used by default at all times). When I select manually the Default
template, I see the errors depicted in the attached image 2. These errors
are not generated with versions 1.0.x

The system should work with the Default template by default (as with
versions 1.0.x) and should not generate errors when viewing directory
entries.

Note that I am only trying to view entries and not add an attribute as the
error message states.
