Summary: sambaGroupType passed to ldap as string

Initial Comment:
When creating a Samba group mapping, the group type picked up from the select list its passed to the ldap server as an string, but the samba schema defines this attribute as integer, leading to a Invalid syntax exception. As a workaround I have changed the sambaGroupMapping template to use numbers instead of "Local Group", "doman group", etc
