[phpldapadmin] How to contribute templates to project?

Hi all,

I'm quite new to phpldapadmin.  I've just recently started using it.  I'm
an Oracle DBA by profession, and I've installed it to help me with
resolution of Net Service Names in Oracle.  So, an Oracle client passes a
string like 'mydb' to OpenLDAP, and it returns a string that looks like
'(DESCRIPTION=(ADRRESS=(PROTOCOL=TCP)(HOST=myhost)(PORT=1521))(CONNECT_DATA=(SERVICE_NAME=myservice)))'.

So, with phpldapadmin, I want to manage those Net Service Name definitions,
as well as aliases to those Net Service Names.

So, I came up with a couple of custom templates to do so.  I'm thinking I'm
probably not the only Oracle DBA who may want to implement OpenLDAP and
phpldapadmin in this way.

So, I was wondering how I may go about contributing the templates, so that
in future releases, they would be part of the phpldapadmin distribution?
 Is this something that people do regularly?  Is the maintainer (whoever
that is?) interested in such contributions?
