Greetings. New phpLDAPadmin user. I was able to create a custom "creation template" that not only adds my attributes, but provides drop-down lists for some of them and "aliases" (verbose descriptions) for others. However, I would like to build a "modification template" that offers the same options -- the same drop-down lists and the same verbose descriptions of a few of the attributes. My attempts to use my existing "creation template" as a "modification template" always results in the same error condition "This template is not valid in this container". So I guess I have one of two questions, since I suppose either would resolve my concerns. 1) How do I create a proper modification template? 2) Can I adjust the phpLDAPadmin software, or a setting, or my schema, so that instead of seeing "cn" as the attribute name, I see the more friendly option "Common Name" (and similar changes for other attributes) ? Thanks in advance. --hymie! http://lactose.homelinux.net/~hymie [email protected] ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Check out the vibrant tech community on one of the world's most engaging tech sites, Slashdot.org! http://sdm.link/slashdot ______________________________________ phpLDAPadmin development mailing list.
