Authorization and Perm

Does current Perm and/or rbacadmin implement Object Access Types?

This link is about managing role/permission relationships.
To me it is strongly suggesting that there is a permissable action-set 
within an object. Explicitely; 'Because permissions are usually attributes 
stored with objects'.

Is such implemented ?
