Where is the current conf proposal?

Hi

Wim, which conf proposal is current and up to date? I think we have to 
think about a way to organize proposals more (something like PEAR's PEPs 
or Python's equivalent would be nice).

I could draft out a system that does that, or evaluate how easy it would 
be to steal PEAR's.
