We have a "news" section on the Wiki!

Hi

Just to point it out: We have a news section on the wiki where changes 
or releases should be noted. I think the one who is responsible for the 
change should write the news item. If there are more than about ten 
items, we should delete the last item and copy it to a "NewsArchive" page.

Recent event that would be worth news include:

  * Binarycloud 3.0.0rc3 released
  * Binarycloud is now self hosting, dev list moved

So, if you did any of these, please write a short news item ;P
