The workspace wide configuration files are in ${build_dir}/conf. In a
phingless binarycloud, the workspace root will be directly served so it
is $WORKSPACE/conf there.

Sorry, I am in quite a real life "rush" and I am not good at following
big mailing lists threads and tend to forget things easily.
