I've worked through the specification draft, and it's all there (except 
level):

I've created a ticket to cope with some inconsistencies in the dtd with 
respect to properties without a name attribute. ;-)

For the defined levels factory and workspace
I would propose to extend the syntax with

[workspace/]/domain/section/..../property

Absence of the workspace_name will default to 'factory'.

Finally, the form of @@TOKEN@@ is completely compatible with the raw 
format. However it takes an *extra* regular expresion for every row.
