None that I know of. There is Nevow [2] for TwistedMatrix [1] for Python 
that works similar though neither BC nor Nevow have influenced 
themselves to my knowledge. Nevow does not use XML and has a differrent 
approach to Forms, but the idea behind recursive Page building is the same.
