Though shall Phing no more

Hi

I'm just committing a first revision of a phingless binarycloud to the 
repository (in /r3 and not /legacy so this will not break anything). 
There are yet some things to clean up like resource handling, 
translation etc.

However: I think we are very close to a very very productive system. 
Fixing the paths etc. was really easy since I did not have to rephing 
all the time.

For those who want to try out the "new" binarycloud:

1.) svn co https://svn.binarycloud.com/source/r3/trunk/ to the directory 
you wan to keep things in.

2.) Copy the appended bootstrap.sh to r3/testsite/ and execute it - it 
should create the tmp directory.

3.) Copy the appended binarycloud.php to r3/testsite/htdocs and set 
BC_BASE_URL to the correct path.

4.) Make r3/testsite/htdocs accessible to your web server (symlink, edit 
conf file or whatever method you prefer) and point your browser to that URL

5.) You should see a working testsite.

Report back any errors ;)
