More exactly: It has a plugin interface for i18n. Sadly nothing that 
points me into a direction of how to work with utf-8 in PHP. I don't say 
that it is bad but it does not do more than you can do with Smarty.

I guess we should support it along with Smarty in 3.1 or something like 
that.
