mbstrings

Hi,

It's starting to work here with mbstrings. Using mysql is still possible 
(without real unicode in db, of course) with a line like:
             mb_convert_variables(mb_internal_encoding(),
  	             "ISO-8859-1,ISO-8859-15", $creole-result-array);
The question is:
do I remove all iconv usage in code (I commented it to be able to run 
mbstrings correctly) or do we want to keep the choice between both 
librairies ? SHould we branche iconv/mbstrings ?
