phing error '"" was unexpected at this time.'

when i start phing.bat (on windows xp) from bchome\r3\phing\bin (i put it as environnement variable) i just get the following output:

"" was unexpected at this time.

regardless in which directory i am (even if i am in bchome\testsite...).

someone knows what that mean?

my phing version:
