True.

Really, I can only recommand you to try the cvs version, using either
direct svn download or the nightly built tarballs.
Current version will be rc4, and there's no more phing and build step in
it ;-)
Simply download nightly binarycloud tarball, untar it, setup
htdocs/binarycloud.php for your paths and it should run.
Far more simpler than the phing stuff.
