Newbie help

Hi everyone, im new to BC and im having some trouble
installing it... i dled the nightly tarballs but i
cant get it to run. I copied the testsite folder into
the webserver's www, and copied the bc folder there
too. Also i ran the scripts for the database and
granted the permissions as detailed in the
installation instructions in the website (im runnin
win2k btw). 

Yet, when i access the testsite thru the browser i get
this: 

Fatal error: Call to a member function process() on a
non-object in E:\Archivos de
programa\apachefriends\xampp\htdocs\binarycloud\init\Project.php
on line 226

Now, im not sure if i installed the framework
correctly, so i'd appreciate a lot some instructions
on this. And of course, if somebody could tell me what
is this msg ... ^_-
