How do i install phingless BC?

Could somebody give me instructions on how to do this
correctly? Cause i have dled the files so far, copied
the testsite to the www folder of apache, but i cant
run the testsite unless bc and vortex folders are in
www too. What am i missing here? Where do i set up the
path? I tried modifying testsite's binarycloud.php
without success... so after trying a lot i have
decided it was time to ask for some help...
