still installing

Hi,

I have the r3 distribution patched with rc4 nigthly
tarballs. I followed every preinstall instruction.

It seems than BC comes up only when the r3 folder is
renamed to "binarycloud" and then I still get the
following error messages

The paths are ok within the error messages, so I don't know
what to do. (environment vars are set, bootstrap ran OK in
testsite folder..)

BC is installed in: /var/www/binarycloud
- which contains :   /testsite
                     /vortex
                     /binarycloud (former r3 folder)

Please help!
