binarycloud development

Hey All,
 
My name is Aaron. I've been searching for an application framework to run my
new project, 'zaadz' and have almost settled on binarycloud. The other ones
I've looked at were mojavi and prado. Mojavi just seems to have too limited
a structure and prado is cool but a big step away from the way I normally
program.
 
binarycloud seems like a great platform to begin with, mainly because of the
tree-based node structure and individual cache control for each node. There
are still some things I think that need to be improved and I would like to
assist in the development of the project.
 
It seems like this is possible but I need a couple of things to be able to
start
1. The url of the svn repository
2. an account for trac
