Ok, exactly. I haven't participated in the UTF8 testing, but I'm quite
sure that we could easily reproduce the same tests with rails and commit
changes to the rails repos or at least provide patches for the source if
we find any UTF8 Problems.

Rails currently only has functions for form elements, and no master form
class. I've already run into three instances with rails where I wished for
the bc form class ;)

I think we could make much better form tools for rails, based directly on
existing binarycloud code (but with no XML definitions ;)

Paginated tables seem to be in the rails main codebase, we should check on
that.
