I am running: - Windows XP - Apache 1.3.33 - PHP 4.3.11 I saw a mention regarding "iconv". Is this a required library for binarycloud? In which case it would fail because it is not included in PHP version 4 by default. This concerns me, because I would like to use binarycloud as a framework to develop client sites, but wouldn't be able to if there are required libraries and the client is hosted by a third party. How do I turn on logging so I can post to this mailing list??
