Recursively setting my permissions to allow "Everyone" write permissions 
doesn't make a difference to the error message :(

Can anyone confirm that iconv is indeed needed to run binarycloud? It 
would be pity if something as "trivial" as character set translation is 
the cause of me not using the framework. Are there no workarounds?
