smarty update

Hi!

Smarty has been updated to the latest release 2.6.10 and seems to  
work as nicely as 2.6.7

There has been a slight chang in the filelayout which makes it easier  
to change to and use different versions...

The smarty files now have there own location in

/binarycloud/smarty/smarty-x.x.x/*

All smarty<->binarycloud files have the known binarycloud layout;

/binarycloud/smarty/Smarty.php
/binarycloud/smarty/tpl/debug_bc.tpl

/binarycloud/smarty/Smarty.php has been modified to automaticly find  
the latest version installed version, but if you need to have an  
older version (eg 2.6.7) running you can do this putting a fresh  
download from smarty.php.net into /binarycloud/smarty/smarty-x.x.x  
You should then add a 'use_version' configuration property to  
WORKSPACE/conf/smarty.conf.xml, to override the automatic behavior of  
finding the latest version.
