Binarycloud Proposal

Hi All,

To get things moving again, i propose to do the following;

1. Release RC3 now.
I don't really care that not all points from the roadmap are done  
(especially documentation)

2. Start php 5 brach only now.
There is a need for a php5 version now. Mainly because of propel.  
Propel might not be ideal but it is the best there is i guess for php  
currently.

More importantly i believe that no new developers will join in  
without a binarycloud php5 version.


I am interested in any opinion on this, so please shout out!

Personally i will forget php4 quickly if this proposal becomes a  
reality, but there might be plp that will still use php4...
