The linux install seemed more straightforward than the windows install; I
got the former done quickly, but I keep hitting issues getting the windows
install done. I am somewhat concerned that there is one copy of
bootstrap.sh in $BOOST_ROOT and another in $BOOST_ROOT/tools/build Some
web posts suggest using the one in the root directory, while others suggest
using the one in tools/build. Is there a difference in functionality? Why
use one vs the other?
