Building 1.79.0 b2/bjam triggers a virus warning

When building 1.79.0 b2/bjam via running:

tools\build\bootstrap gcc

on Windows 10 with:

gcc --version
gcc (GCC) 11.2.0
Based on mingw-w64
from here:

I receive:

This program is dangerous and executes commands from an attacker.

virus or potentially unwanted software.
        0 file(s) copied.

This did not happen when building b2/bjam 1.78.0 with everything else
being the same.

I expect this is either a false positive or a new implementation detail.

Can someone familiar with the changes in 1.79.0 take a look please?
