failed to install boost

i am a beginner.
i use window 7 and code block version 20.
i download the boost zip file and extract it .then try to install , but
failed.


in window cmd , i type" cd c:program file/boost_186/bootstrap.bak"

the cmd post" the system cannot find the path specified"

can someone help me?
